1. Our Commitment

Solminica is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and professional environment for all employees, contractors, clients, partners, and stakeholders. This Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour expected of everyone associated with Solminica. We believe that diverse perspectives, respectful collaboration, and ethical conduct are fundamental to building great technology and lasting business relationships.

2. Professional Standards

All Solminica team members and partners are expected to: • Perform their work with competence, diligence, and attention to quality • Meet commitments and communicate proactively when timelines may be at risk • Keep skills current and continuously invest in professional development • Represent Solminica honestly in all external communications and engagements • Protect client confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly • Deliver work free from plagiarism and intellectual property violations

3. Respectful Workplace

We are committed to maintaining a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and bullying. Prohibited conduct includes: • Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic • Sexual harassment, inappropriate comments, or unwelcome advances • Bullying, intimidation, or hostile behaviour • Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith All team members have a responsibility to speak up if they witness or experience inappropriate behaviour. Reports will be handled with confidentiality and taken seriously.

4. Client Relations

In our relationships with clients, we commit to: • Communicating honestly about project progress, risks, and timelines • Never over-promising capabilities or under-delivering on commitments • Respecting client confidentiality and not sharing proprietary information with competitors • Addressing client feedback professionally and constructively • Avoiding conflicts of interest and disclosing any that may arise • Never engaging in deceptive billing, inflating hours, or misrepresenting costs

5. Data Ethics

Solminica handles data — both ours and our clients' — with the utmost care: • We collect only the data necessary for our legitimate business purposes • We never sell personal data to third parties • We implement security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data • We comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, IT Act, etc.) • We train our team on data handling best practices regularly • We promptly notify affected parties in the event of a data breach

6. Environmental Responsibility

If you observe behaviour that violates this Code of Conduct, we encourage you to report it: • By email: [email protected] (marked "Code of Conduct Report") • All reports are treated confidentially to the extent possible • We prohibit retaliation against good-faith reporters • Reports will be reviewed by senior management and resolved within 10 business days Anonymous reports are accepted, though they may limit our ability to investigate fully.

10. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in: • A formal warning and mandatory review • Suspension from projects or the organisation • Termination of employment or contract • Legal action where the violation involves criminal behaviour The severity of the consequence will be proportional to the severity of the violation and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
