The Challenge
Local kirana stores and artisans were losing business to large e-commerce platforms. The client needed a marketplace that gave small sellers an online storefront, local delivery logistics, and a simple seller app requiring minimal technical literacy.
Our Solution
We built a two-sided marketplace platform — a consumer-facing progressive web app for local product discovery, and a simplified seller app with WhatsApp-style onboarding, inventory management, and automated payout reconciliation.
